Join us for a lively and thought-provoking conversation about polyamory—what it is, what it isn’t, and the many misconceptions surrounding it. At its core, polyamory means "many loves," but what does this look like in practice, and what do healthy relationships look like in general? We believe one’s relationship preferences are a personal journey, and our goal is to leave you wondering about yourself and how you want to be in relationship.

This is a dialogue, not a class, but there is no pressure to share. Listening is key ????

There is a gathering every month; feel free to attend one or all of them. The group’s interests will guide the discussion. You can dive into any or pick up the thread of what someone else is sharing. Expect an insightful, fun, and lighthearted vibe.

Lastly, if you’re able to give, consider contributing between $3 and $50, or bringing a snack to share. We know the contribution range is wide. You can look for the blue duct tape box, hand us cash, venmo, or give on the website. Please give what feels right to you. No questions asked. I view this less as a class and more as quiet time together. I’m here for questions and guidance, and to help you access the real magic of stillness.

You’ll get comfy and oriented. Grab a mat, bolster, pillow, blanket, writing pad, tea- whatever you desire that will help you feel safe, comfortable, and focused. Make yourself at home. Mats, pillows, and blankets are in the hallway and the Flow Room.

Settle in, and at the 15-minute mark, we’ll be quiet together for 30 minutes. When the 30 minutes ends, feel free to stay quiet or share questions, thoughts, or insights. You’ll go on with your day with new vigor. Or, you can stay if you wish. Check out the space options on the Shared Office Space page and keep your slow vibe going!

Cyclical and searching, much like the compulsive desire to fully understand, this project lives in the tension between clarity and confusion — getting closer to comprehension while simultaneously drifting further from reality.

Built around improvisation and emotion, each performance becomes its own living
reconstruction of the past, much like memories themselves: fragmented, distorted, and influenced by the present. This music asks what happens when we refuse to let go of certain moments, and how repeated resurfacing can transform truth into something unfamiliar.

Inspired by the freedom and uncertainty found in states of reflection— Rachel Ambaye’s Imagined Reality treats performance as a deeply present act of processing and creates a shared emotional space, one where audience and musicians move through this experience together, and are sat face to face with the blurred line between truth and recollection. The result is an intimate and immersive performance rooted in vulnerability, improvisation, and collective discovery.
