Ski (XC & tele) and snowshoe participants are welcome to enjoy this delightful tour, which includes several sweet sidebar tree shots for backcountry telemarkers, picturesque giant rocks, and a steep twisting final descent that drops onto a lovely rolling finish with scenic views of multiple bends of the Little River. Cross the snow-machine bridge to a warm shuttle bus waiting to brin ...

Ski (XC & tele) and snowshoe participants are welcome to enjoy this delightful tour, which includes several sweet sidebar tree shots for backcountry telemarkers, picturesque giant rocks, and a steep twisting final descent that drops onto a lovely rolling finish with scenic views of multiple bends of the Little River. Cross the snow-machine bridge to a warm shuttle bus waiting to bring you back to the start.
The trek is between 3.0 and 3.5 miles. It is mostly single track trails and an old VAST route in the woods with a couple of short uphill climbs and quite a bit of downhill, including some steeper sections. Overall, we would rate the trail as moderate depending on snow conditions.
Carry a backpack with water, snacks, and extra layers.

What to Expect:
- A brief opening and grounding practice
- Intention setting for the group and for yourself
- A channeled Light Language transmission (4 Light Languages)
- Gentle integration time and space for brief sharing or reflection

You do not need to “understand” Light Language with your mind for it to be effective. Many people experience it as a felt sense—tingles, warmth, emotion, or a deep calm—rather than something to analyze.

What can Light Language Do?
- Clear stagnant or heavy energy
- Support emotional release and integration
- Activate higher states of awareness and self-trust
- Invite more ease, clarity, and inner spaciousness

You’re welcome exactly as you are, whether this is your first time or you’re returning to the experience.

Ben Bogen is a Broadway performer and DC-based choreographer/teacher. Ben's most recent Broadway and National Tour credits include: the Broadway National Tour of Tina: The Tina Turner Musical (dance captain/swing), the National tour of Wicked (Ensemble), on Broadway in Frozen (Olaf u/s,Duke Weselton u/s), and both the NY & Touring companies of Jersey Boys (Frankie Valli alternate/Joe Pesci, asst dance captain). Most recently he played Charlie Wilcox in the DC premiere of the Tony Award winning play The Inheritance at Roundhouse Theatre and Fyedka in Fiddler on the Roof at Signature Theatre. Other regional credits include the world premieres of The Flamingo Kid (Hartford Stage), Only Human (Off Broadway), and Sousatzka (Elgin Theatre - Toronto). TV/Film: Season 3 finale of Pose. Choreography/assoc directing credits: Shrek the Musical at The Henegar Theatre, Jersey Boys at Sierra REP and Spring Awakening at Clear Space Theatre Company. Ben has taught masterclasses at universities including Virginia Commonwealth U, U of Virginia, Texas Christian U, Lawrence U, U of Arizona, and George Mason U.
